We will find that the moment we are honest with ourselves about our own feelings, the more candid we can be with others about how they make us feel. While this may involve some drastic changes to our social life it can bring about a personal transformation that will truly empower us, since the decision to live our truth will infuse our lives with greater happiness.

To make a conscious decision to be happy is not enough. You must learn to observe life's complexities through the eyes of a child seeing everything for the first time.
You must furthermore divest yourself of preconceived notions of what is good and what is bad so that you can appreciate the rich insights concealed in each stage of your life's journey. And you must strive to discover the dual joys of wanting what you have. As you gradually shift your perspective, your existence will be imbued with happiness and contentment that will remain with you forever. Gawa Chotso ©️ "We are one with the cosmos whether we realize it or not.
Realizing it, though, quickens our spiritual energy and allows us access to higher realms. In those higher realms lies the awareness that we are more than just finite physical beings living one life in one place at one point in time. Connecting with this awareness is to awaken to the truth and take a step forward, and upward, on our soul's journey. Listen to your inner guidance, and let it guide you to the path that brings your heart the most joy..." Gawa Chotso ©️ Honesty to yourself is a posture that often requires sensitivity and courage. In short, it means perceiving thoughts in relation to sensations (and vice versa) what needs or desires are at each moment and giving direction, in practical life, for that. It seems simple. However, what in fact could be simple, in the course of an existence that requires so many other allegiances, is no longer so close. We often fail to be close to ourselves. Being true to yourself is an honor and a challenge that we are not encouraged to pursue. However, more and more health issues appear, such as organic diseases and psychological difficulties, which lead people to psychological clinics or to seek various distractions, in order to escape this conflict whose stage is the body itself, the sensations themselves.
"Just look inside you ... It's all there!
There is no need more than silence and a simple flower to feel grateful and happy! To have a precious human life and share our love and joy with all sentient beings without exception How grateful we should be for this unique opportunity " “By allowing ourselves time to relax in peaceful surroundings, we infuse ourselves with the serenity and strength we need, in order to restore our energy.
We often underestimate the power of silence and stillness. When we choose to withdraw from the busyness of our lives and engage more deeply with our inner selves in quiet solitude, we instantly begin to feel less stressed and more centered. By also consciously choosing to release stressful thoughts and welcome a feeling of serenity, we empower ourselves with the ability to choose a more balanced mind-set. Our energy and optimism is then restored and we can return to our normal activities feeling inspired!” "Mind and body have to be flexible and in the same frequency. You can't have a healthy body if your mind is not stable and clear.
Also, you can't have a healthy mind if your body is full of toxins and unbalanced elements. Not only your mind reveals your true practice; Your body also reflects your engagement in the practice. Your body is the external reflection of it... A true mirror of your mind state ...” “We can't avoid feelings and emotions just by trying to tame our mind.
We must experience each emotion and feeling so we can understand, the genuine effect on us and then choose the most effective antidotes. Without experience, everything is void of sustainability. We can learn a lot from books, but there is nothing more valuable to learn than having true experiences. Life is an experience, isn't it? " When we have this strong will to "save or change the world", we need to be aware if we can save ourselves first. Intention is very important but it's not enough.
We need to be very skillful and ready to find many obstacles, disappointments and suffering during the path . Otherwise , what can we really and effectively "change or save" the world ? We can only leave small seeds in the path, some smiles and strong determination in go further ! But first we need to ask "the world" if he wants to be "changed or saved" ... true ? When we feel true joy and understand the interdependence of all things through the elements, we feel the flow of life like a dance ... We rejoice with every single movement and we can open our hearts without pain and fear. Life is a dance with the whole universe... A harmonious dance in the space!
"Vulnerability gives us freedom, power and connects us to a network of injured souls.
It is through the art of being real that we can heal ourself and others." Grace is always with us...
It flows like a river through our lives, artfully reminding us that there is magic and power beyond what our eyes can see... At times we catch its subtle beauty, like during chance meetings, near misses, and insights that seem to come from nowhere... Grace exists in all situations, in every moment... yet ,all too often, we may overlook its presence! "The key to make changes work is to accept the impermanence as part of our life.
As we change, we may find necessary to fine-tune our relationships, work, and living situations. Our lives are living, breathing entities that reflect our dynamic selves." The beauty of the flowers ;
Edelweisses... a flower field The beauty of nature is beyond any expression ... What else do we really need ? River, grass, water, flowers... The feeling of genuine love in fusion with the beauty of nature... To remember our humility, we first have to discover it.
That means realizing that we are nothing more and nothing less than everybody else. We are no better or worse than we already have been or ever will be. Realizing our humility is recognizing that we are challenged like everybody else and we have abilities like everybody else. Although we are special, we are nothing special. That is humility... “Just use your mind to think, your awareness and wisdom to decide and choose, and your heart to act and materialize it."
“Our life is nothing but an accumulation of experiences that are constantly being reviewed, polished, and offered for fresh viewing by our soul. Nothing ever stands still – not even our past...”
